Flooring Engineered for Extreme Environments

High-performance, heavy-duty epoxy and polyurethane systems designed for maximum durability, safety, and chemical resistance.

Solutions

Specialised Solutions for Heavy Industry

Warehousing & Logistics

Floors built for constant traffic. Our systems withstand heavy forklifts and pallet jacks, resist abrasion, and reduce concrete dust to protect your inventory. Includes clear, durable line marking.

Manufacturing & Production

Create a safe, efficient production environment. Our floors are designed for extreme impact and abrasion resistance from machinery, dropped tools, and daily operations.

Food & Beverage Processing

HACCP-compliant polyurethane cement flooring that withstands thermal shock from hot wash-downs, aggressive chemicals, and organic acids, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.

Aviation & Heavy Mechanical

Superior protection against Skydrol, fuels, oils, and other corrosive fluids. High-gloss finishes improve light reflectivity, enhancing visibility and safety.

Customer Frequent Questions

Our heavy-duty epoxy and polyurethane cement systems are engineered for extreme loads. They typically possess a compressive strength greater than the concrete substrate itself, often exceeding 70 MPa (10,000 psi). This is more than sufficient to handle fully loaded forklifts, heavy machinery, and high point loads.

Yes. Our surface preparation process is extremely thorough. We use industrial diamond grinders to remove the top layer of contaminated concrete, followed by specialised degreasing agents to draw out and remove deep-set oil and grease. This ensures a clean, porous substrate for maximum adhesion.

We specify polyurethane cement systems for environments exposed to extreme conditions. This is the go-to solution for food and beverage facilities due to its superior resistance to thermal shock (hot water wash-downs), organic acids, and aggressive chemicals. It is also more flexible and abrasion-resistant in heavy-duty manufacturing.

We use rapid-curing formulations where possible to minimise downtime. Light foot traffic is typically possible within 12-24 hours. We recommend waiting 72 hours for light to medium wheeled traffic, and a full 7 days for the system to achieve maximum chemical resistance and hardness to withstand heavy forklift traffic.

Repairs are straightforward. The damaged section can be precisely cut out, the substrate re-prepared, and the system seamlessly re-applied to the area. Because our systems bond tenaciously to the prepared concrete, damage does not typically spread or delaminate.

We can customise the floor’s texture to meet specific Australian slip resistance standards (R9 to R13 ratings). By broadcasting aggregates like quartz or aluminium oxide into the coating and sealing it, we can achieve the precise level of slip resistance required for your specific OH&S needs, from wet processing areas to dry warehouses.
